Staff are great, respectful and listens. Soon as we get out of the car, the staff encourage us to think of what type of vehicle we wanted. Then he showed us the varieties of cars, and the features. When we test drive the car, he showed us the different highlights of the car. I am impressed more of how respectful and great Ruben Banks is. Just got our Jeep from here, 1st time buying out of state and the team was absolutely amazing! Jared walked us through the sales process, made a live walk around video of the vehicle and answered all questions about the process and vehicle so we were comfortable. Dana then took over and made the contract, financing and delivery almost easier than the sales decision. Driver delivered the vehicle to straight to the house, not only on time, but early and was friendly and professional. Can’t recommend their entire team and process enough!

Terrible service. I went in for work yo be done on my truck and they did nothing to fix it and completely ripped me off. Never coming here again and telling any and everyone with a ford to avoid this place

They have very friendly and knowledgeable salesmen. Great service with reasonable prices. I was shown a virtual video of the truck I wanted to purchase. The salesman was able to answer all the questions I had while taking video. After making a deal on the phone to purchase, I drove over 3 1/2 hours to pick up the truck and test drive it. It had a minor issue, so I was not able to drive it home that day. They fixed the problem and drove it to my home without an extra charge.
